Standard Delivery
For all our non-furniture deliveries our standard delivery cost is £3.95. All stock items will be despatched within 5 working days of receiving payment for your order. Should items be out of stock we will inform you what the lead time will be. Please add an additional £1.50 for postage to Northern Ireland and £4.50 for postage to Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Furniture Deliveries
Most of our furniture is bespoke, each item being especially made for each customer. Therefore many items are not in stock and are subject to a six week lead time. The charge for delivery to your door is £45 per order in mainland UK. Please call us to obtain special rates for deliveries outside mainland UK.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s) from Michaelmas House. All items will be quality checked before despatch. However, you may wish to return an item. The item must be unused and in the original packaging together with the receipt. It must be returned within 28 days of receipt, we will then issue a refund of the purchase price, less postage and packing charges. For any returns, we suggest you use registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. No liability can be accepted for damage caused by not following care instructions.
